Any idea what this symptom is related to?

I'm taking ldn for Hashi's - but I don't think this is an ldn issue

because I've also had this reaction for months pre-ldn.

I'm on a 3 day HRT patch (estradiol). On the morning I change this

patch, between 11 am and 1 pm I usually have an episode of dizziness

and nausea – the severity varies most days from minor to OMG I must

lay down for an hour. I can have these symptoms on non-patch changing

days too but symptoms are always minor.

All thyroid meds are taken between 7 and 8 am...earlier or later

dosing doesn't appear to change the 11 am symptoms. Ldn is taken

usually around 11 pm at night.

Just asking - I was thinking it could be an adrenal/cortisol issue but

the LH discussion got me thinking maybe it's not that simple.

Going to see a new endo in late March and just wondering if this is

worth mentioning.
