Guest guest Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 , what is the difference between vit D and D3? There is a liquid peppermint supp I could get my kids that is 1000 D. Will it help at all? otherwise, I'm stuck again trying to figure how to give more supps in honey, applesauce, yogurt, etc. Thanks, Quote
