Guest guest
I don't know about the hair test book (name? eludes me this minute). I have the Amalgam Illness book . The first time I read it, I mostly absorbed JUST the most basic of the basics, most of which I was already familiar with...But alot of the " emotional " stuff hit home, so much " wow, there are the words for how it feels " type of thing. The only things I added initially were fish oil & epsom salts - those bumped us up enough that I was then able to muddle thru the supps that I was not familiar with, enough to start trying them, anyway...very slow going, but my history of intolerances, etc means being very cautious about taking AnyOne's advice, yk?...I like the AI book, because there are things to do/try for the " technically " and ummm, " memory/concentration " challenged, and as I am able to understand more, I can go back to it, for more targeted info. I also now use it as a " double check " on new info. It has also helped me understand other information, that I have come across, (blahblahblah, lolol) ....aaannddd, if you can get both, I would definitely get the Shaw book too. It feels like some of the details in that book were crucial for healing for us, and rather hard to find elsewhere...If I could only get one book, it would be the Amalgam Illness - Maybe the Hair Test Book has the same info, but more? maybe?? I have had plenty to work with so far, so haven't looked into the other book (yet chuckling, me & challenged, soooo go hand in hand..for me, he writes in a way that it seems I do catch the most important stuff, and mostly " in order of importance, " which may not be true for everyone...big sigh, hope that helped...wishing you the best answers, elizabeth > > > > > > ..over the past 3ish years, I have found that If I treat my girl > > (and > > > the rest of us) AS IF we are mercury poisoned, then I continue to > > see > > > improvements, rather extreme improvements at times, and very often, > > > totally unexpected " boons.
