Val,

I'd consider using some immune boosters. I have found Epicor to be a

good first one and high doses of C. Colostrum seems to have worked

here as well. For attacking virus directly, Virastop, Lauricidin,

OLE, and Sambucol seemed to work here. Many kids benefit enormously

from a viral protocol. I don't see why it would be too much

different for adults. I do believe its a good idea to spend some

time boosting the immune system (including, for us, mb12 for

methylation) before attacking the viruses.

This sounds like you have viruses resident in your body, and as you

chelate [and removed foods you did not tolerate], your body is trying

to fight them off and get them out.

I eliminated viruses in my son with OLE, Virastop, vitamin C, and lysine.

Increase your vitamin C. And watch for yeast overgrowth.

===============================

thanks Anita and Dana. I kind of thought my body was purging

something - I was one of those people that " never got sick " which I

know now isn't always a good thing. Even though these viruses only

last a few hours they are agony. I really feel like dying - then the

next day I feel much better. They also involve alot of emotional

pain which is how they've all started. I guess they're in my brain?

oy vey!
