My alternative doc solved my headache problem with milk thistle. Try

to get Standardized Milk Thistle 30:1 Silymarin 80% 150 mg. Jarrow

Formulas is a good brand. I take 2 capsules a day (one in the morning

and one at bedtime). Milk thistle is good for removing toxics in

the liver and is recommended for people recovering from cirrhosis of

the liver.
