Hi and welcome,

I feel your pain and find the need to tell you you need to take care of your

self no one eles will you need to come first for your self.

Men with low testosterone suffer a lot it tears down there man hood makes them

feel much less a man. When men feel like this they pull back into them selfs.

He's on TRT I just don't think it's being done right. Here is a link to my

story in it you will see the first 5 yrs. I was told and treated for Major

Depression that I did not have. Going on them meds makes things worse and most

men find after they get there testosterone levels up onto the upper 1/3 of there

labs range for a young man and this part is very important, keep the Estradiol

down between 10 to 30 best at 20 pg/ml for most men.

If his Estradiol " E2 " levels are high you can end up with a man that has no

libido, bad ED, even panic feelings the list is long. A lot of how bad he is

feeling can be his E2 levels are to high.

Most of us when we get leveled don't need Effexor and such. And it's dam hard

to come off them it needs to be done with a good Dr. and slow.

As for the snoring tell him to not sleep on his back one of the guys sowed a

tennis ball in to the back of his T-shirt so he would not lay on his back. Also

give him some Nose Strips a lot of it can be from his med Effexor this can make

him snore.

Here is a link to my story.

http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/stories-of-others/phils-story/

After you read it read the site the med Levothyroxin is not a good med for

thyroid it's a T4 only med most of us with a thyroid problem can convert T4 into

T3 this is just adding to or is the problem. Get these labs I tell men to get

at my Thyroid forum.

http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=5 & t=7059

Just the ones he has not had like Cortisol, and the Thyroid Panel the best tests

are Free T3 and Free T4

Also this site is the new forums from the Site with my story.

People with a bad thyroid have a thicker skin and gels have a hard time getting

through the skin so his levels might be to low. He needs to switch to shots

starting at 100mgs every week do them his self have the Dr. show him how.

If his Cortisol is good on a morning fasting blood test over 15 then have him

start on Armour it's the best way to treat thyroid. The stickys at the

realthyroidhelp.com " For Men Only " on how I got started treating my Adrenals and

Thyroid will help on getting started on Armour.

I can see how sick he is I just pray his Dr. did all the testing to find out way

his Testosterone is low. It can be his testis or it can be his Piruitary Gland

in his brain.

For the best in TRT go to Dr. 's site at www.allthingsmale.com and read TRT:

A Recipe for Success and his HCG update. If his Dr. is not up on treating this

you can ask him if he would be willing to work with Dr. over the phone to

do more testing and treating him. Dr. Johh is one of the best.

I can't help but tell you once he gets his Free T3 up into the upper end of his

labs range and his Free T4 above mid range. And his testosterone and E2 levels

good. He will be after you all the time for sex. You might not be happy about

it going from one end to the other.

Also as his levels come up his body will start to undo the damage done from the

low hormones and he will feel a little better everyday it takes time.

If his Cortisol levels are on the low side then he needs to do a 4x's in a day

Saliva test so we can see what his rhytum looks like a lot of men in his shape

have Adrenal Fatigue and this needs to be treated before treating thyroid. We

need cortisol to carry the Thyroid hormone out of the blood into the cells. If

he is to low on Cortisol it will build up in the blood and make him feel worse.

You can find Saliva tests you can order on your own from this link.

http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/recommended-labwork/

If you can hold out you will have your man back he will feel much better just

going on shots most feel much better after the first one.

If you need more help just ask.

I had a chance to talk to his doctor today, somewhat told him of the

situation and send him the letter with the test and other information

read my letter and conducts the tests and determines how to fix
