I prefer the course grind, of the Recommended Inner Bark either the Tabebuia

Avellanaedae or Tabebuia Impetiginosa species. The fine grind is more

recommended, however, I find the course easier to stain.

For me, Copious meant either 2- 12 OZ or 3-8 oz glasses.

I make up a gallon at a time and use a heaping cup-full of the bark to about a

half gallon of water then, after boiling for 30 minutes, re-boiled the grinds

and added the balance of the water to make the full gallon. It is recommended

a glass jar and stainless steel strainer or cheese-cloth be used. Is that

'copious'? The instructions I received with the grinds stated that one should

drink 4 8OZ glasses a day. I suppose the word Copious was used to make sure I

drank more than a cup of the tea. ??

I purchase my supply from Pacific Botanicals. The price is right.

How does it taste? To me? Awful. So I either add some lemon juice or a tea

bag of a flavored Organic green tea.

Pau D'Arco is a powerful antifungal..so maybe there is a fungal connection to

cancer.

20 years ago, I got a fungal infection, and took it for a while...It abated, but

nevre went away..I still have jock itch tot his day. And I have a rash on my

right knee that also never goes away.

I wonder if my bladder problem started way back then

Also they do advise checking the liver enzymes if one takes it for a long time
