Hi Candy, the one supplement that has helped me most with energy level (which

for me is just as bad as the pain) is Folic Acid...I take 800mcg per day (2

pills) and it really helps with the fatigue.

,

So you feel this helps with energy eh? Hmmm, I never thought of that, but I'm

not taking that much, I think I will up mine alot and see if that helps. Of

course I think I'm having more fatigue because I'm 35 weeks pregnant, but I also

believe that alot of it has to do with the PA and the fibro.

, at some point in the last 18 months, someone on this group mentioned

that PA often comes with folate deficiency...then my family doctor said any

woman who might someday have kids should take it because we don't get

enough...but it is the single thing that has improved my overall energy level

since I got the mess of autoimmune diseases I have...

,

How much do you say you take to help with energy? I bought some today that is

400mcg and then I take two chewable prenatal vitamins that has 1mg each. If I

understand correctly 1000mcg equals 1mg, do you know? I'm willing to try it to

increase my energy, especially with this baby coming, I'm gonna need it! LOL!

:)
