, I'm so sorry to hear this terrible turn of events. I am still trying

to figure out what good tax cuts are when there are no services for those that

need them and when good jobs, not just minimum wage jobs, aren't being

created. I hope disability comes through for you soon and that you can finally

begin to have society repay you for all the years you have contributed to

others.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers during this time of trial for you.

May you feel the warmth of friendship from the many people you have helped

here. We'll keep the light on for you.

,

I hope you get this before you leave, I am kind of choked up hearing this.

You have been a blessing to this group with your support and I only hope

good things will end up happening for you. You deserve it.

Take care, we will be thinking of you.

--Dear ,

Fran and Kathy have said it so well. You will be missed in a

myriad of ways here. I feel very sad for you and for all of us but

know your fighting spirit and know you will make it in the end.-If

this can happen to you...a strong, educated, motivated man....it can

happen to anyone. Food for thought for our society for sure. I will

pray the services will be coming to you forthwith and the transition

will not be too difficult for you. Stay in touch through a friend or

the library if you can. I am sure many of us would help out in any

way possible. You have given so much to us.

I look forward to seeing your educational posts again!

I wish you the very best,

Marti W.

Dear ,

Your email just floored me; all I could say was WOW. I haven't been this

affected by a PA List email since Gordon was having his problems. I wonder

how Gordon is doing.

That is exactly the way I feel. I wish we could also hear something about

Gordon. And , if you can read any of these, please see if you can

keep in touch at a local library. I know this sounds far fetched, however,

maybe between all of us here at the PA group we can send a contribution to

as a token of our friendship. I really don't know how it can be worked

out but I would be willing to help.

,

I was in Mallorca last week and so I am only catching up on the mail now. I

have probably missed you here but I just hope you eventually get back on to

read the mail you have missed. I'm shocked that you are leaving us for a while

(Short while hopefully) If ever there was anything " lucky " about having this

disease it would be for us here in the UK having the NHS to take the bulk of

the cost for us. I hope things work out for you sooner rather than later and

you are back in the fold.

Take care,
