I feel like I'm blowing up like a balloon. I have been on for around three months and have put on eight pounds and rising. My arthritis is in my feet & excersize is becoming more dificult, plus I seem to get exhausted more easily. I have been taking Enbrel since January, and I too have gained about eight pounds. I eat a low calorie, low fat diet, and I spend two days a week for one hour weight training and four days doing cardio for about 30 minutes each time. I am going to contact my doctor in the morning to see what he has to say. I am also interested to know if anyone else has gained weight since starting Enbrel. Guest guest Posted April 28, 2004 Report Share Posted April 28, 2004 Re. Enbrel and weight gain. I experienced that also but didn't realize it. I stopped Enbrel in Nov 03 and in the next couple of weeks lost almost 15 pounds. We had bought my engagement ring when I was on Enbrel, now it rolls around my finger.
