Guest guest
Connee, I would say, if it is effecting your quality of life and you think more should be done, then yes call your doctor. That is what he is there for.
Guest guest
Connee -- Glad you found your voice! The first doc who treated me for PA said it is important to hit PA hard and keep ahead of it so when something seemed not to work as well as it had he adjusted my meds. I say, yes, call your doc! I hope we hear more from. Cheri :-))

Guest guest
Hi Connee, The aches and pains have a way of building up...looking back, I can't believe I didn't get to a Reum. Dr. sooner. Now that I'm feeling better.....I just can't believe I allowed myself to slide into such a chronic state of discomfort. I think it's easy to forget what a healthy body is supposed to feel like. If you know you're feeling bad...call you Dr. That's what they are there for. The last time I called my Dr. I'd been there only 2 wks prior...thinking at that time that I'd been feeling better. The Dr. had me come in right away tested my blood which confirmed that the inflamation SED rate was on the rise. It felt good to know I wasn't crazy. If you're feeling bad....there's probably a reason and a good chance your Dr. can help you. Hope you're feeling better soon.
Guest guest
Connee - I have had several different rheumies tell me the regular appointment are for " well " tracking. They said when I had a flare to call and get an immediate appointment - they need to see the flare to see whats happening. Call the DR if you haven't. This is late, but I am running way behind - too busy to keep up with the list. Then in December it just seemed to quit working > and I was totally miserable, all over stiff and new swelling in two > fingers. My rhuemy prescribed Arava which has been my miracle.
