Custom Culinary, Inc., is recalling " US Low Sodium Beef Base Paste No MSG Added "

and " US Low Sodium Chicken Base Paste No MSG Added " due to undeclared milk and

soy.

The products were made on April 12, 2007, and distributed to warehouses in

California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, North Dakota,

Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. These products were intended for food

service and restaurant use and are not expected to be available

for purchase in retail stores.

The 16-oz. jars of " US Low Sodium Beef Base Paste No MSG Added " have the codes

" 191806, " and " 30381E, " with lot code " 72108122481. " The product also has the

establishment number " EST. 2016 " inside the USDA mark.

The 16-oz. jars of " US Low Sodium Chicken Base Paste No MSG Added " have the

codes " 191805 " and " 10381E, " with lot code " 72108122481. " The product also has

the establishment number " P-1278 " inside the USDA mark.
