Feeling faint when standing up is a sign of adrenal problems. Chills

also......This stands to reason as your body tries to maintain

homeostasis during stress and sometimes your adrenals can get

overstretched. Are you taking Vitamin C to help the adrenals?? I have

spent sometime on the subject of oxidative stress and realize now how

integral the good functioning of adrenal glands are to keeping all

systems running smoothly. After some research, I have some concerns

about calcium ascorbate as this apparently has some knock-on affect on

calcium . Pure ascorbic acid is acidifying...I think maybe taking

mineral ascorbates (a combo of zinc ascorbate, manganese ascorbate etc)

is the way to go. Check out www.metabolics.com for mineral ascorbates.
