Guest guest
Try adding still bottled water to the diet and use non refined sea salt . There is plenty of information on the site about this. Margaret

Guest guest
for info about vitamins go to www.doctoryourself.com Important (all are anyway) are C, E, Beta carotene, Selenium, Zinc at least. [ ] Prostate cancer help! I am a carer for my sister with BC - another relative an elderly uncle has just been diagnosed with prostate cancer and the drs have started their work with " tablets " and he very depressed. He is an old gentlemman so he's not going to be able to change overnite - from what I have read the same principles apply as BC (as its hormone related) but what are the top 3 steps he could start with. From my research I think a.. NO MEAT (fish OK?) b.. Juices c.. Basic vitamins not sure which ones are the best though.................. moving on to little dieatry changes which his wfe will have to elar as no doubt she does all the cooking (high salt meaty dishes with not much variety of veg and fruit as a routine - typical caribbean diet) P
Guest guest
Hi, You are right hormones interact definitely. We are looking at my wife's hormone balance, some specialised labs can now test for the 2:16 Oestrogen ratio. You need to improve the oestrogen and testosterone (male) on the 2 side of the ratio. I am told by the naturopath and literature that certain foods and " FLAXSEED OIL " !!! improve the amount of good oestrogen. The foods he mentioned is broccoli, cabbage, and couple more that I cannot remember off the top. But you should investigate this. Part of the treatment is flaxseed oil get more of the good vegetables and food that improve this balance and Omega-3 oils. I will be encouraging my wife to start the budwig program. Unfortunately now that her breast is removed there is no easy evidence of any effect. I just pray that it will all help in the long run.
