I like to use enemas to avoid constipation, laxatives, and maintain good health.

After reading about the benefits of colon cleansing, I am wondering if there is

any clinical research indicating that enemas or colon irrigation wards off colon

cancer.

What is the cancer rate among enema users?

What are some recommended enema solutions and frequency of use?
