High-dose quercetin and bromelain (2:1 ratio) supplement, about 5,000

mg of quercetin (2500 bromelain) three times per day, for three days,

then about 2,500 mg quercetin three times a day. You need a

supplement with half as much bromelain as quercetin to increase

absorption of the quercetin - several companies make this. I'm not

absolutely sure of the amounts noted above. Also, oxygen drops in

water seem to help with asthma, along with limiting sugar and cold

drinks.
