I applaud your decision.

I would doublecheck that; I think the doctor was mistaken. CHIPSA normally

costs US $5,000 to 7,000/week (http://www.chipsa.com/bill_payment.html),

including the cost of companion, and most people don't stay more than about

a month. I think they are very effective w/lymphoma if the person hasn't

had chemo.

Other places highly effective w/lymphoma include the following:

BioImmune.com (formerly CancerOption.com) practitioners

888-663-8844 or 480-778-1618; bmm@...

Kelley- practitioners, some of whom work w/patients over the phone

San Diego Clinic (www.sdiegoclinic.com)

For info on them, contact Center for the Study of Natural Oncology (CSNO)

Gammill Sc.D., Director (He's on this list),

858-523-9144; fax -0919; staff@... or vgammill@...

www.natural-oncology.org

Definitely the most economical clinic.

www.biocarehospital.com (Tijuana; " good responses in.leukemia/lymphoma " )

and perhaps

For lymphoma patients, I think organic full-fat dairy's fine, as is

nonpolluted nonfarm-raised fish. Similarly, it's not necessary to eliminate

meat, particularly being that New Zealand meat (at least the lamb, from what

I've heard) is organic and GRASS-FED.

> plenty of (organic whenever possible) fruit, veg,

Great! I would consume only fresh-squeezed, low-sugar fruit/vegetable

juice, and I'd juice only about 8oz at a time (unless it's very low-glycemic

green juice)

> flaxseed oil + low-fat cottage cheese (and other

Great!

> 10-day full liver/kidney/intestines cleanse

Great!

> - Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene) - 25,000 IU (1x 25,000 daily)

I would use real vit. A instead--cod liver oil or emulsified vit. A.

> - Vitamin C - 14,000 mg (1x 4000 mg three times + 1x 2000 mg daily)

> - Vitamin D3 - 2,000 IU (1x 1000 mg twice daily)

Great!

> - Selenium - 215 mg daily

> - Calcium (Coral C) - 960 mg daily

I'd omit that.

> - Alpa-Lipoic Acid - 600 mg (1x 200mg three times daily)

may not be necessary

> - Multi Vitamins & Minerals (1 capsule daily)

may not be necessary

> - CN4 - 6 capsules daily (6 capsules contain: Amygdalin 98% (Vitamin

> B17) 1800 mg; Blood Root powder 600 mg; Curcumin 1200 mg; Astragalus

Sound excellent

> - CN5 - 6 capsules daily (6 capsules contain: Cesium Chloride 99% 1200

> mg; Potassium Citrate 600 mg; D-Alpha Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) 2400 mg;

> Selenium Methionine 3.6 mg

Do you mean 3.6mcg?

I'd consider adding shark liver oil, HOXSEY FORMULA, and BEETS/BEET JUICE.

> I think he should also try some proteolytic enzymes

Pancreatic enzymes (taken on empty stomach) are particularly effective

w/lymphoma.

> but I don't which

My 1st choice (if money's not an issue) would be Kelley's

(www.2line.com/drkelleyHOT.html;

www3.mailordercentral.com/roadtohealth/products.asp?dept=12; 888-477-3618)

which is expensive, followed by Chymozyme Plus (www.dewsnatural.com;

recommended by Kelley) and Professional Health Products (PHP)'s Pancreatin

8X (recommended by Kelley), followed by Allergy Research Group (ARG; made in

New Zealand)'s Pancreas Pork (877-259-3393/800-545-9960/210-658-5562;

www.nutricology.com/store/product.php?productid=16547 & cat=0 & page=1;

bevweavtx@...; economical)

> ...I wish we could go to see Dr J.

He used to use Allergy Research's Pancreas Pork.

> If anyone can see anything wrong with my proposed regimen, or something

> that should be added/eliminated/changed

Aside from my comments above, I think it's spectacular.

> where do you get GENUINE woebenzyme from?

Don't think it's available anymore, and I think the above enzyme brands are

better since they come from pork rather than cow pancreas (according to

).

Hi Sharrea,

My dad also has NHL, I can't remember which type but I

have a slight inkling that it's the same as your

hubby's. I agree with you that treatment in Mexico

(US$54k) is too expensive. Even though I don't

recommend chemo, my dad went through this chemo + stem

cell trnasplant/treatment which I am about to

describe.

Months before the transplant, the doctor harvested

stem cells from my dad's blood. Just last month the

doc injected some chemo drug into the blood which

killed every blood cells and everything, I think! It

must be some drug and it took 5 days to administer.

Then the harvested stem cells were introduced back in,

hoping they would begin to establish and conolise the

system, and thank God they did. Believe me, everyone

was praying hard. Now the blood tests came back good.

We are hoping and praying that it remains good

throuhgout his life. Before and after the treatment,

dad was taking his supplements. One must have good

blood profiles before the stem cell harvesting.

I can give you more info if you are interested.

Dave

to treat it ourselves.

About 8 weeks ago we made a drastic change to our diet

(now vegetarian) - NO sugar, meat, fish, wheat, fat, dairy (apart from organic

natural yoghurt which I can't find in low-fat and the cottage cheese), alcohol,

cigarettes, etc. BUT plenty of (organic whenever possible) fruit, veg, fruit

juice, veg juice, flaxseed oil + low-fat cottage cheese (and other bits from the

Budwig diet). We used to eat fish every day, hubby is a commercial fisherman. I

am starting him on the following dietary supplements after completing a 10-day

full liver/kidney/intestines cleanse to be completed in 2-days

time:...........................<snip>........

Hi Leonard

Thank you for your reply and advice. I will check out those pancreatic enzymes

that you mentioned - that was terrific, thanks.

Just a few comments below...

Initially we were hoping to travel to Mexico (we live in New Zealand) to visit a

clinic for treatment but were put off when I spoke to a doctor at the CHIPSA

Clinic who said we needed approx US$54,000 (approx NZ$86,000) which obviously

doesn't include airfares (and accomm for me).

I would doublecheck that; I think the doctor was mistaken. CHIPSA normally costs

US $5,000 to 7,000/week (http://www.chipsa.com/bill_payment.html), including the

cost of companion, and most people don't stay more than about a month. I think

they are very effective w/lymphoma if the person hasn't had chemo.

Sorry, I didn't mention that of the sum that I mentioned, US$27,000 was for

photophoresis treatment which the doctor insisted was THE treatment, the

remainder was for standard therapy which he said was 4 weeks. Although I knew

that they provided accommodation for a companion I wrongly assumed that it was

an extra cost.

Other places highly effective w/lymphoma include the following:

<snip>

Thanks for the list of other clinics to look at. I will look into those clinics

in case we do decide to get help at a clinic.

Your help is very much appreciated Leonard. At least I feel that we're heading

in the right direction now. Will get onto the changes and additions as soon as

possible. And of course I'll keep researching. Thanks again.

Regards Sharrea
