Funny, but just today I queried about the use of such devices and hoped that

one 'experienced' in Alternative measures would comment on it. He just

did.

is one of those experienced one would hope to hear from and his

response was pointed and left enough room for people to explore further.

He is especially correct when he explains that most healing is self healing

for no matter what we do, help or otherwise, the body must eventually act

upon it favorably or we can forget about being helped. The actual healing

is within the body and all we can hope to do is provide the means, sometimes

heroic, sometimes physical such as surgery when called for and then to allow

it to proceed with its existence. If anyone doubts it, try giving a

laxative to a corpse! Try giving an electrical shock to a heart that has

stopped while the brain is also dead. Anyway, thanks again for the

frank comments on this subject.
