It's debatable; they have their pros and cons.

If you consume them, it's essentially to use only organic or high-Omega-3

eggs.

I have seen much controversy over protein sources. Aside from eliminating

the intake of pork, proteins appear to be OK as long as the amounts are

restricted to 4 or so ounces per day. An egg per day x 3 times per week

seems also to fall into the reasonable range. Like anything with cancer,

setting limitations and moderation are better. To error to the side of

caution is always most advisable.
