Guest guest
I had a visit with my regular MD yesterday. He doesn't want to put me on Arimidex. He says he doesn't believe in using one drug to offset the effects of another. Although me estradiol was 92, he wants to try reducing my hCG dose to 3,500IU/wk at 500IU/day, especially since my T was 883. He had jumped me from 2,000IU/wk to 6,000IU/wk and several of you were concerned that I was overdosing on hCG. We'll see what happens... Anyway, the point of this message is that my MD said he had anonymously been discussing my case with some endocrinologists who told him I probably has some type of " immuno something " that was causing the problem. My MD disagreed, but seemed to understand what the endo's were saying. I should have asked him to explain. Do any of you know what this means? How is hypogonadism ever linked to an immuno disorder? Thanks. Seren.
