I've been on TRT for two years. I've been exhausted lately and dealing

with a lot of mental fog. SOmething kept me from doing my androgel

the other day and I felt great. I skipped a whole day and I'm feeling

better and better. I've put of today's dose and I swear I'm feeling

clearer by the hour. And energetic too. Foot tapping, bouncing,

active.

It's really odd. I'm tempted to see how long this direction lasts.

Anyone thoughts on why this might be?

Hi Retro,

Sometimes I get an energy increase for no explained reason at all. It could be

your

improvement is directly related to skipping the Androgel dose, or it could be

coincidence, or a little of both. When I'm on an upswing, my routine changes. I

get

wrapped up in activities that make me forget stuff like a med dose. So in my

case I'm not

sure if a skipped dose is the cause or the effect of feeling better.

I think it's possible the skipped dose helped (I'm not going to guess why). It's

also

reasonable that if you stop T entirely, you're going to eventually crash. I'd

resume the AG,

and see what happens. If you feel worse, you can skip a dose or two again,

hopefully

repeating the rapid results. If you stop AG until T levels go through the floor,

it can take

weeks or months to get things straight again.

Hope your improved energy continues.
