Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of DMPS chelation? I am

having it done 1x a week for mercury toxicity after having the last of

my amalgams removed and would be interested in hearing if anyone has

any advice or knowledge on the subject. My CFS symptoms have been

slightly worse (mostly anxiety/fatigue/brain fog) but I understand

this is to be expected. Also, I have heard conflicting ideas on diet

during the procedure, eg., only high-protein or that certain fish are

still o.k. to eat?

Thank you,

Join this group and follow Andy Cutler's protocols on oral chelation.

frequent-dose-chelation

It is safer as you can control the dose.

Start with DMSA and then use ALA. For more specifics go here:

Avoid DMPS challenge tests: http://www.dmpsbackfire.com/default.shtml the high

dose mobilises a lot of mercury and can cause you problems

Chelation should be done slowly. SLOW = FAST in chelation.

As I understand it - the safe approach is to get the mercury out with oral

chealtion using DMSA, ALA and maybe DMPS before you consider IV chelation with

EDTA which targets other metals.

I've only recently gotten interested in this and have begun with DMSA oral

chelation.

Dr advises LA/LG to help remove metals.
