Guest guest
Hi, There is a chance sleep apnea is the cause of feeling pooped all the time. I nodded off while driving home frequently after work bacause I wasn't gettting good rest. Now have a CPAP machine which presurizes air for breathing while sleeping. I really do sleep better even with the mask over my nose. ernestnolan > Ok, I just got my preliminary lab results (still waiting for a few > more to trickle in). > > Test 818 (241-827) > E2 <32 (0-51) > T3, Free 330 (230-420) > > Now, I really don't " feel " any different from when I was in the 300's > on overall T. > > I am on 10g of AG. Guest guest
I (and my doctor) considered this, but I don't have the other signs of sleep apenea. I don't snore, I don't wake up gasping for air, but previous girlfriends didn't notice unusual breathing patterns, etc. If this doesn't get better soon, I will get a sleep study. > > Ok, I just got my preliminary lab results (still waiting for a few > > more to trickle in). > > > > Test 818 (241-827) > > E2 <32 (0-51) > > T3, Free 330 (230-420) > > > > Now, I really don't " feel " any different from when I was in the 300's > > on overall T. > > > > I am on 10g of AG. Guest guest
Hi- I haven't gotten levels up anywhere near yours, so I can't speak to the Androgel questions. If mine were as high as yours & I still felt bad, I'd have to think something else was contributing to problems (probably along with, not instead of testosterone). Insomnia is certainly worth fixing in any case. Sleep deprivation certainly causes a host of symptoms like low T. There's a world of info. out there on " sleep hygene " . Frustration itself can contribute to insomnia. You say you don't feel any different. What are the specific problems you have now? Best, Bruce > Ok, I just got my preliminary lab results (still waiting for a few > more to trickle in). > > Test 818 (241-827) > E2 <32 (0-51) > T3, Free 330 (230-420) > > Now, I really don't " feel " any different from when I was in the 300's > on overall T. > > I am on 10g of AG. Guest guest
tallen2_34, Yeah, I think your insomnia might be a contributing factor. Good luck correcting it... OR eon GayMan Androgel Question (Frustration) Ok, I just got my preliminary lab results (still waiting for a few more to trickle in). Test 818 (241-827) E2 <32 (0-51) T3, Free 330 (230-420) Now, I really don't " feel " any different from when I was in the 300's on overall T. I am on 10g of AG. Has anyone been on AG and had their T actually raised to the upper-limit and still not felt anything? I was wondering if I would feel better on shots. My insomnia probably has something to do with the way I am feeling. Thanks
