My doctor said my levels should have returned by now (I had the surgery in

June). I am working with an Endocrinologist. She and my regular doctor have been

tracking my hormones for the last 6 months. Even my neurologist has agreed. She

said my hormone levels should have rebounded by now, and where they are is where

they will be.

Hi,

Thought now that the tumor came out the normal hormone levels should

return.

Why would you take supplements now when you should be looking for the

return of normal levels. You will turn off your messenger hormone

coming from the pituitary.

By adding hormone you can't test to see if your T levels are coming

back normally.

Did you have high prolactin levels from the tumor? If it was not a

prolactinoma I do not think it a given that levels would return.
