Guest guest
You can get good quality Avena Sativa in bulk powder from www.beyond- a-century.com. Look into Nettle for reducing SHBG if you are not low on DHT, otherwise not a good idea. Muira Puama may also increase free T by reducing SHBG. > > > > > > There is a product being sold that is supposed to increase the free > > testosterone. > > > > > > It has these supplements: > > > > > > Avena Sativa (with at least 7% Avenacosides A & 500 mgs > > > Muara Puama: 12:1 active extract 500mgs > > > Trimethyglycine 1000mgs > > > Xanthoparmilia Scabrosa: 50mgs > > > Urtica dioica: 100 mgs > > > Ashwagandha: Standardized to 1.5%Withanolides 500 mgs > > > > > > One of the best ways to determine a healthy " Free Testosterone " > > level is through " non- > > > stimulative erectile function. Guest guest
Hey maybe this is why my ED got 80% better and I started having an orgasm again. I mean after over 10 yrs. of this I was giving up. I never had a good Free T level until I got my E2 Estradiol down. My Total T was 947 and Free T was 7.4 range >59 yrs. 5.6 to 19. The next month after taking Arimidex .5 mgs. everyday my Total T jumped to 1258 and my Free T jumped to >50 how far over 50 your guess is as good as mine. But after this a lot of problems I had were gone. At the time I was doing 10 grams of Testim and getting a 200 mg. shot of Depo T. every other week. So for the next 6 months we just did the Testim. This is when my joints and muscles started to hurt again. My Total T stayed at 600 and my Free T. 23.5 my sex life was great but I was becoming crippled with joint and muscle pain. Most times my Back would hurt so bad I could not have sex. As long as I get a shot my pain gets a lot better. So maybe it is true about higher Free T. I bought mine couple years ago from GNC and and it did work, one of the reasons i figured i had low testosterone and got a blood test for it. Checked the GNC site, and don't see it being sold by itself anymore. This is interesting about free testosterone, my free was 39 range 50-210 My son's was 79.4 range 50-210 Our total testosterone was about the same, but he did not have as severe symptoms as me. Wonder what it feels like to have a high free testosterone level? Anyone out there with a number near 200 or so? > > > > There is a product being sold that is supposed to increase the free > testosterone. > > > > It has these supplements: > > > > Avena Sativa (with at least 7% Avenacosides A & 500 mgs > > Muara Puama: 12:1 active extract 500mgs > > Trimethyglycine 1000mgs > > Xanthoparmilia Scabrosa: 50mgs > > Urtica dioica: 100 mgs > > Ashwagandha: Standardized to 1.5%Withanolides 500 mgs > > > > One of the best ways to determine a healthy " Free Testosterone " > level is through " non- > > stimulative erectile function.
