Guest guest
--- Hy. On Chrysin, there appears to be science behind the product. I read a book by Dr. R Klatz, who is a known MD,and in his book, there is a section on Chrysin, explaining its effects on aromatase and estrogen/estradiol destruction. Broccoli is another aromatase stopper, and it is a cheap vegetable, I eat it raw, just washed, oe lightly warmed up in a pan with olive oil and some garlic salt, lightly warmed, not fried , noe cooked by boiling, which kills most os the beneficial ingredients. I trust some sources, anly when backed by prominent MD and scientists, TV adds with no scientific bases are to be investigated by factual scientific work, by reading /looking into research and or opinions from actual MD, scientists, etc. Chysin has meet that criteria. Now, the only way to check the individual progress would be by starting to take Chrysin after a blood test, and then, have a new test later on. ______________________________________________________________ In , retrogrouch@c... wrote: > On Tue, 9 Mar 2004 07:28:24 -0800 (PST), you wrote: > > >Here is what I found on Chrysin. > >http://store./vitanet/chx60caunnu.html > >http://store./vitanet/comsoonchrys.html > >Phil > > > Is there any science behind these?
