I do the colon cleanse first to get rid of anything in my system

before doing to liver cleanse. Reason being when I do a liver cleanse

I want to be able to count as many stones as possible and I don't want

the toilet full of crap so I can't count the stones. Even the little

colesterol shafts that look like beige rice. I want to be sure I'm

getting something out of my liver. Also if you have ever had to have

a colonoscopy and had to drink the quart bottle of epsom salts you

will agree that this method is far better.

It really isn't as gross as you think it's going to be. I get a straw

from Mc's because they are bigger and it's easy to suck it down

quick.
