Wouldn't flax or perilla oil do a better job for the skin? They are higher in

omega 3's and olive oil is more of an omega 9 if I recall correctly.

I've noticed that my hands have become very dry and strange to the touch, and so

I have begun drinking little shots of olive oil through the day to not only

grease the intestines for maximum poop; but to lubricate the skin from the

inside out..It seems to be working

I have started taking flax oil again as I've read that it has been beneficial in

holding breast cancer tumours at bay..mel..
