Guest guest
Wouldn't flax or perilla oil do a better job for the skin? They are higher in omega 3's and olive oil is more of an omega 9 if I recall correctly. Steve -------------------------------------------------------------- I've noticed that my hands have become very dry and strange to the touch, and so I have begun drinking little shots of olive oil through the day to not only grease the intestines for maximum poop; but to lubricate the skin from the inside out..It seems to be working .... mel ;-)
