Guest guest
I'm reposting this message from Arthur because this will help get rid of that metallic taste (post amalgam removal). Arthur Doerksen <ad7@...> wrote: Try this pesto as a heavy metal chelator: CORIANDER CHELATION PESTO 4 cloves garlic 1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium) 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine) 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium) 2 cups packed fresh coriander (cilantro, Chinese parsley) (vitamin A) 2/3 cup flaxseed oil 4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C) 2 tsp dulse powder Bragg's liquid aminos [Japanese Miso is healthier -- Chet] Process the coriander and flaxseed oil in a blender until the coriander is chopped. Add the garlic, nuts and seeds, dulse and lemon juice and mix until the mixture is finely blended into a paste. Add a squirt of Bragg's to taste and blend again. Store in dark glass jars if possible. It freezes well, so purchase coriander in season and fill enough jars to last through the year. Blessings! Guest guest
Here's the whole story on the Coriander Pesto, it's fantastic, not Arthurs. I love the idea of adding dulse, the trace minerals are bound to enhance it. When you flaxseed oil look for a date, don't bother with " lignans " you can grind your seed yourself for a dollar a pound rather than a dollar an ounce. When the flax oil combines with the sulphur in the garlic that helps to oxygenate your tissues, so I would blend the flax w/ the garlic first....and break up the Brazil nuts a little first; don't over blend or you'll lose a wonderful texture. http://www.rawfoodinfo.com/articles/art_cilantroremheavymetals.html --- <xander95608@...> wrote: > I'm reposting this message from Arthur because this > will help get rid of that metallic taste (post > amalgam removal). > > Arthur Doerksen <ad7@...> wrote: Try this pesto > as a heavy metal chelator: > > CORIANDER CHELATION PESTO > > 4 cloves garlic > 1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium) > 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine) > 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium) > 2 cups packed fresh coriander (cilantro, Chinese > parsley) (vitamin A) > 2/3 cup flaxseed oil > 4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C) > 2 tsp dulse powder > Bragg's liquid aminos [Japanese Miso is healthier -- > Chet] > > Process the coriander and flaxseed oil in a blender > until the coriander is chopped. Guest guest
OK, I just spoke to my dentist and he says I'm having " galvanic shock " . I haven't researched it much yet. Any thoughts? I'm eating a lot of cilantro, but it's still there... Shefy john bradley <thisnthatherenthere@...> wrote: Here's the whole story on the Coriander Pesto, it's fantastic, not Arthurs. Guest guest
Yes, my thoughts are... cilantro alone won't do the job. You need all the supplements on the list as each has a job to do. Mercury will stay in the blood about 6 weeks looking for trouble. Some gets excreted. The more of it you capture in that first 6 weeks and expel, the better. After 6 weeks, mercury settles in your organs. Brain, intestines, kidneys, liver etc. and you don't want that. Each day that you use the cleanup protocols, you will get rid of more and more each day. It won't leave all at once and results may be gradual. But after 6 weeks, you should no longer taste that metal. It will either be flushed out, or happily settled someplace where you don't want it. So continue intense routine of get it out! get it out! shefy gupta <shefy7@...> wrote: OK, I just spoke to my dentist and he says I'm having " galvanic shock " . I haven't researched it much yet.
