PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. HOW DOES THIS WORK. I KEEP

SAYING SOMEONE IS MIXING UP OUR E-MAILS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT

LIVER CLEANSE OR COLON . I HAVE BEEN CONTINUALLY GETTING E-MAILS FROM AND TO

SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME.DO YOU PICK THE ONES YOU THINK PERTAIN TO ME AND THEN SEND

IT. ALSO IT APPEARS NO ONE IS USING THEIR REAL NAME. I SHOULD CHANGE MINE. HOW

DO I GO ABOUT DOING THAT?

Most Sincerely

anywhere near enough water in my opinion, especially in the summer. I

don't go overboard, but I drink enough water to keep from getting

dehydrated. After 2 pm and before bedtime, I probably drink about 40

ounces of water in addition to the water I take with the Epsom salts

dissolved in it. After I drink the Epsom salt water, I take a swig of

apple juice to get the bitter taste out of my mouth. Once I tried

dissolving the Epsom salts in apple juice and it didn't seem to work

as well, so I went back to dissolving the Epsom salts in water and

drinking it as cold as I could get it. Some people say if you drink

apple juice for a week or so prior to doing the flush, it softens the

stones so they will pass easier.( I see where that is a concern of

yours)

Tammy, ask for orthophosphoric acid drops at your health food store, or

search for it online. Sometimes called phos drops. They soften the stones

and will definitely help. Use it with ACV or just in water.

Tammy- This is Michele Weissman, LMT. I buy it from Standard Process Inc.:

Phosfood Liquid 2 fl oz, I think you have to have a professional health care

practioners license to have an account; they may have a list of providers in

your area they can guide you to. My mother bought hers from The Herb

Finder: Ortho Phos Drops 1 oz, 1.800.780.6934, www.theherbfinder.com

<http://www.theherbfinder.com/> , I don't know if you need to be licensed to

buy- she's an AP.

I hope this helps. I don't know the mechanism for its proficient softening

effect. I have not used the liver cleanse without this " recipe " so I don't

have a comparison. I was concerned about the cleansing process as well, so

I wanted to take as many precautions as possible. I felt comfortable using

this " recipe " that my colon therapist gave me considering she has been

licensed for about 50 years- she turned 80 last year. I followed her

experience.

Every time I do the Hulda liver cleanse I am was always concerned

about stone blockage but now a week before the cleanse I take something

called LIDAN. It is available in pill form and it helps you purge mater

from the gallblader. I noticed when I take the LIDAN, the stones are

broken up and smaller. LIDAN is available in most Oriental pharmacy

There is also an herb called Chanca Piedra (from Amazonian rainforest

regions) that is supposed to be very powerful for cleansing the gallbaldder

& liver. I understand it is being using extensively in Europe for that

purpose. I recently got some and plan to start on it soon.

Tammy,

Recipe to soften stones: 90 drops of Phosfood in 1 quart of organic apple

juice for 4 days. I substitute the juice for apple sauce because my GI

tract can’t handle the juice. Then follow the Hulda protocol- the oil, the

fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice, the Epsom salt, the time table, NO fat

consumed on the 4th day, lying on the right side with knees bent up to the

chest. The Epsom salt I buy is from the local grocery store/pharmacy store-

directions on the container are for external and internal use. I have never

heard of a purified version.

I've read that most epson salts like those at the grocery store are contaminated

with metals. The purified kind are free of metals and cost more.

I found one in a drug store that was for internal use. It did cost more but

that doesn't mean it's better. But, I'm going to use it - just in case.

I did also buy some for the bath from a bulk food store. It said for external

use.

The Epsom salt I buy is from the local grocery store/pharmacy store-

directions on the container are for external and internal use. I have never

heard of a purified version.

It would appear that Phosfood (which I've never heard of) does the same job as

malic acid? I'm wondering if Phosfood is better - otherwise if I can't find it,

I can just use malic acid - though I'm not sure how much to take(?) - Apples

contain malic too - just not that much. I usually take malic with magnesium -

which isn't needed with the Epsom - but perhaps the Epsom could be reduced or

eliminated.... and then you have a whole new " recipe " .

People did used to flush out gallstones successfully with only oil and lemon

juice. I just never tried because a doctor (my relative) told me I could get

one of the stones stuck in a tube somewhere and then have real pain. When I had

some minor pain higher up in my back - and was told it was from the gallstones,

I changed my diet to a lot of raw vegetables and fruit and no fried foods and

the pain left. It has not returned in many, many years.

I'm looking for the best stone dissolving " recipe " but I don't want something

that will make me sick - or cause pain. I'm sure you could overdo some of

those extra ingredients and feel sick. Does anyone know the side effects of too

much Phosfood or too much malic acid? I know you get diarrhea from too much

magnesium.

RE: Re: Liver Cleanse

Has anybody taken malic acid pills to soften stones?

to me by my Colon

Therapist: 1 qt. organic apple juice mixed with 90 drops of phosphorus per

day for 4 days. I substituted the apple juice with apple sauce.

Standard Process has a product called Phosfood.

I know an MD who did the flush and had to have surgery.

It is the medium sized stones that get stuck. Small ones

cause colic, big ones stay in the gb. I don't know if he

did the flush correctly.
