Guest guest
Dear All My son has got a laundry list of supplements now and i am at a loss as when and how to give them. So here the list- Kirkmans Multi Vit (spectrum Complete) Kirkmans Buffered Vit C Morning Star Minerals Phosphatidyl Serine Probiotics S Boulardii CoQ10 Readisorb (glutathione) Carnitine Synergy Cod Liver oil High Vitamin Butter Oil (to be given with CLO) ionic Fizz Calcium Supp with Mg Magnesium Glycinate Enzymes Activated Charcoal if required. Phew!! Seems a lot to me..... I have only started giving him his Multi Vit and Vit C mixed with minerals and water in the morning. I read that coQ10 and carnitine need to be given with fat? Is it ok to mix them in coconut oil and give him? what about avacado? there are so many things to give along with enzymes and probiotics with every meal that i am getting overwhelmed! Moms please share your experiences with spacing and mixing supplements so that i can get the big picture! Appreciate all your help. Thankyou! Guest guest
> Kirkmans Multi Vit (spectrum Complete) > Kirkmans Buffered Vit C > Morning Star Minerals > Phosphatidyl Serine > Probiotics > S Boulardii > CoQ10 Give CoQ10 with something containing fat. > Readisorb (glutathione) > Carnitine Synergy Give the carnitine with the vitamin C and B vitamins. > Cod Liver oil > High Vitamin Butter Oil (to be given with CLO) > ionic Fizz Calcium Supp with Mg > Magnesium Glycinate > Enzymes Give the enzymes with meals and snacks. > Activated Charcoal if required. Give this at least 2 hours apart from all supplements, except 30-45 minutes after anti-fungal if required. You have several supps listed, which tend to increase yeast. > I have only started giving him his Multi Vit and Vit C mixed with > minerals and water in the morning. I read that coQ10 and carnitine > need to be given with fat? CoQ10 yes, carnitine is optional, depending on if he has mitochondrial dysfunction. > Is it ok to mix them in coconut oil and give him? what about avacado? That would work.
