Guest guest
My name is Carey, and my daughter Chelsea was diagnosed in September with AML. We're on a study to decrease the toxicity of the chemo and so far she's done excellent. We've got two more rounds. We're still in the hospital waiting for her counts to rise from the fourth round. She just turned 2 in January. She really has hardly gotten sick at all, and the treatments don't slow her down a bit. She's constantly running around the halls of the hospital waving at people (today she's been dancing for all the nurses a lot). I'm excited to find this group and hear about all of your stories. If you have a blog, or caring bridge site, will you please post it here? I enjoy reading about other kids w/ Ds and leukemia. Our kids are so inspirational, I feel so blessed to be Chelsea's mother! www.cbranam.blogspot.com
