Guest guest
Hi NJ, I don't know if the MSM will help the P or not. I have a very small problem with P, limited to my scalp and 3 toenails...I'll let you know if they start to look better. Actually my scalp looks great these days but I think that is due to the aspirin shampoo. The Chinese herbs that I am taking are called TIAO HE-Chinese Cleanse- a ten day nutritional program Herbal health supplement. Contents- Liv-C Chinese Tiao He Formula; Special ormula #1- Cellular Formula; LBS II- Intestinal Support; Psyllium Husks- bUlking Agent; Burdock- nourishes Circulatory System; Black Walnut- strengthens Digestive system. You get 30 packets with a capsule eac of the above- mentioned. I take one paket with each meal. Janet had expressed concern about this sort of cleanse killing off good bacteria and thus being harmful. My nutritionist didn't discuss this with me so I assume it's not a problem with this formula...maybe because it is over a ten day period and not a quick treatment like Gillian received? At any rate, I think you just take acidophillus or eat yogurt to get the good bacteria back. RE: MSM- I take 3000mg (2 tablets) with each meal. I am on MTX and I don't think this is a problem. Re: Cat's Claw This is a combination of Cat's Claw, Astragulus Root and Echinachea Root I take 2 of these with each meal too. These three are products of a company called Nature's Sunshine. Let me know how things work out for you. I am going to see the nutritionist again on Thurs, so I'll give you an update... About MSM > ...Does the MSM also help your skin condition?
