Guest guest
I am thinking about introducing ALA...any suggestions on brand? I am also reading this should be given with B12? Should anything else be taken in consideration?
Guest guest
I believe that ALA competes with biotin and another B vitamin? Not sure of the specifics (sorry), but I thought that my comment might get others to chime in! I considered ALA, but we opted for homeopathy instead of chelation. anjsmomma <gmperez@...> wrote: I am thinking about introducing ALA...any suggestions on brand? It was VERY effective at my house, eliminated almost all of my son's food problems and caused benefits in other areas also. But it can cause issues if you don't know what it is doing. http://www.danasview.net/parent3.htm#chelation Dana
