Also a 'thankyou' for your encouraging words. Yes, I know it is in His hands.

I believe with all my heart that it was He who made a way in the wilderness

called 'CYBERSPACE', so that we may be a comfort to each other in the scary

times and a light in the darkness. Thanks for being here. Love, gee

Great job Virginia!!!! It was one of those days for me too today. I woke

up and ate my access bar and thought..... man I don't even feel like

exercising today. So I made myself do Pilates for abs. after that I

thought the last thing that I want to do today is do my walking tape. So

I did reflexology breaths, after that I decided to work out with weights

since Tues. is my normal day to do that. Then I finally pushed myself to

do my walking. So I got my workout in but I fought it all the way. :-)

Love, Liz

----

I just finished those pesky breaths...16 in total and read my scripture.

That is the reason I quit hotmail. About all I got was porn stuff so I shut it

down. The only ones I have had to block on outlook is the one the other day and

if I start getting too much unwanted stuff. It's easier than changing address!!

Love,

Click here: http://www.lifelift.net/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=rdclem

To learn how Lifelift has helped me to lose weight and gain good health

,

I have Outlook. Just don't know how to use a lot of the stuff. I used to

be on Hotmail and liked the way they had things formatted. I could do most

of the stuff in there but didn't like all the trash I was receiving. Karma

suggested Outlook and that is what Melaleuca recommends so I switched over.

I don't get any offensive stuff here except the one that has now been

removed from the list. I get so angry when I have to go on Internet

explorer and all the pop up ads and the stuff in Hotmail. I check Hotmail

from time to time because there are a couple of things that I haven't

switched over. I wanted to see if I would really miss them. I do, so I

will be changing them over soon. Every time I go there the junk box is

maxed out and 3/4 of it is porn related stuff. The only other major thing

that I get into the junk box is from the list Switched On Schoolhouse. I

have not opted to get out of it as once in a while I found something that

was helpful in there.

As I was reading your reply I went to Message and saw where you could block

something. Hopefully I'll never need it.....probably by the time I do I

will have forgotten about it! lol Anyway, thanks for the info.

Darlene,

it is a whole new ball game and I'm not sure half the time where I'm sending

what! lol

By all means share it if you would like to.

Hi, I tried to find the link to god cant but couldn't find it , can you give me

the link? Thanks Connie

Virginia

I'm sorry I couldn't figure out how to help you on posting to the linktogod

list, Virginia. :(

I looked at the messages on the web, and it looked like you had sent a

message to that list on 6/15, and it had your current email address. I'm

not sure what's wrong. Have you tried going to Topica and

unsubscribing/resubscribing? Just a thought.

Hugs,

Darlene

Liz,

It is interesting that you chose the word " rule " cause that is just how I

feel now that I have triumphed for 90 days. I actually feel more impowered

to continue to make changes that I need.

By the way, you do great! You keep posting and encouraging us all.

So would I sooooooooooo much

R

You have a gift to write!! Ever consider as a job?

Rashelle

As always you come across with the most heartfelt encouragement. I have

stopped my breaths for a while. I am gearing up to do The Zone food

plan

next month and have a lot of crazy stuff to deal with in the last 2-3

weeks.

I have tally marks posted in my favorite place to get in my breaths and

although I'm not doing them right now I know it will not be long before

I am

back at it.

I am happy and excited to hear of all the new things that you are doing.

Your success will be of great benefit not only to yourself but to all

those

that you touch through Life Lift.

Take care and don't push yourself too hard.

Here it is Virginia. How are you doing? Are you breathing, even 10 a day?

Love, Liz

Sweet Rashelle

Another thing in common. I use me slow cooker at least 3/4 times a

week.

It is so helpful with working full time .

One of my favorites is chicken breast/with a jar of salsa .

Makes a great meal alittle rice and broccoli on the side . So

colorful also

Hi Liz,

Thanks for the recipe. I just started back today. I'm doing 20 a day like

before I got sick and then got lazy. I put most of my pounds back on but

know they will come off again and if I keep it going on the downward spiral

I will eventually weigh a lot less and permanently! I am interested to see

if it also makes a difference with my eyesight. It has changed quite a bit

since my last glasses and they need to be changed but at $300 to replace

they will be waiting a while longer. I also have been taking a new

supplement by Melaleuca called Phytomega to help with fat in the blood. I

haven't had that tested for a long time but I'm sure at the next doctors

visit it will show an improvement. My numbers are coming down some on my

blood glucose and I'm encouraged by that especially the way I've been

eating. Baby steps...baby steps.

Hello Virginia,

It is so good to hear that you are back to doing your Life Lift breaths. Your

idea to take baby steps is a good one. When we are making lifestyle changes it

can be so helpful not to push ourselves too quickly. Nurture yourself. That is

what will help you to get the permanent results you are after. Patience can be a

great virtue to have when you are trying to change habits that you have been

living with for many years.

Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself like the treasure you are and take good,

deep, cleansing Life Lift breaths. Out with the old and in with the new. New,

fresh oxygen to help you feed your cells and help you to reach those goals..then

go on and keep those goals for the rest of your beautiful life.

You can do this. It is normal to have a moment to fall of the horse, but now

that you are back up again you are ready to ride....

I will be here cheering you on.
