Guest guest
Hi , Yes, I am fused to the sacrum, and if you were on line during the recent discussion about the difference between fused SI joints vs. bolts in the iliac, I have one bolt on each side of the tailbone in the iliac (without SI joint fusion). My SI joints are taking a lot of stress, but I'm balanced so I'm not fighting muscles to stand up straight, and I don't cry anymore if I'm trying clothes on in the department store. Dr Kebaish, at s Hopkins, performed the surgery. I waited a bit too long (even though I'm only 49) and they found quite a bit of osteoporosis in the spine, which they hypothesized was from my sedentary lifestyle in the years just prior to surgery. Feel free to email me at anthonyjudy@... as questions come to mind. I'm glad you're getting some pain relief! [ ] Re: Virginia I am so glad to hear that you live nearby, I live in stafford. I am some what pain free, just recently had epidrual block so I am thinking alittle bit more rationale now. So I am in search of a second opinion with a surgeon, So you had revision surgery? did you get fused all the why down to sacrum area? who performed your surgery? so many more questions but all start with those if its okay with you? Thanks

Guest guest
Dearest Virginia, This is one of the most precious and beautiful messages I have ever read on this board. You have the most wonderful way of expressing yourself. You always touch my heart. My hope is that you understand how extraordinary you are. This is made even more special when we know what you have overcome to become who you are. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Rashelle and everyone Dearest Rashelle & Life Lift friends, In response to the soft nurturing language spoken here, with the positive influence of saying and learning what to say and how, I am being changed. Not to perfection for sure but I wanted to share with you that the language of love in your comments embrace, warm and heal scarred hearts. I grew up in a very negative situation. I felt victory when I wasn't being in agreement with the old tapes stuck in my head and heart about who I am and how I affect people. My self esteem simply wasn't. I had no one cheering me on or telling me that I could do and accomplish in a positive way. When used in my past it was used in manipulating and controlling ways. Here I am learning the art of being positive and using words that can break a heart to one that can heal a heart without being fake. It's so good to know that if I come here someone will have something good or positive to say to someone even if that particular time it isn't to me. Thank you, all of you for all that you do. Bless you, Virginia __________________________________________________________ We won't tell. Guest guest
Laurie, Your such a dear. I have done a little of that but it is when I interact with people that the flow comes. It is in the empathy with another soul that has borne or is bearing through what I have or I can relate to that gives me something to say. Guest guest
Amen Ladies Have fun The girls and I just watched center stage! Dance for yourself to make your dream come true! Blessings R Virginia Dearest Virginia, I've said it at least a thousand times since knowing you; and will say it again! You are AWESOME. I LOVE all your 'Can do's' and sooo happy you are concentrating on those. And I am thrilled to pieces you want to Hammertime twirl dance with me. You know I am always ready for that! I so enjoy dancing around all the time; I even do moves while sitting watching something on telelvision and if a song comes on and I'm too pooped to get up I do arm movements. My daughter and I always had favorite songs we'd play in the car while on one of our long drives somewhere; and we had routines to dance with all these. Great fun; exercise; and lots of laughs. So, I'm ready to dance with you! Hugs! Wanda. > > Just to let you know that I have finished 24 of my > breaths since I set down at the computer. Guest guest
Hi Virginia and Wanda, Well, we are in the midst of our second, and most probably our last, blizzard of the winter of 2006-2007. By the time the snow ends, we will probably have 20 inches of snow on the ground. It is beautiful to look at, as Wanda says, but is very treacherous to walk in, my especially when you are visually impaired to begin with, like I am. Fortunately, I do not have to go out and will be staying in for the duration of the blizzard, so that is good!!!! Please give your daughter all my love, my sweet, sweet Virginia, and I hope and pray that, if she has not recovered her equanimity by now, that she will do so soon. Oh, how glad I am that the brush fire did not hurt you and Karma and your families!!!!! Love always, Pat Virginia Oh my goodness Virginia. How fortunate everyone was tonight with the high winds and a brush fire. Prayers really do work. I'm so sorry your daughter was so very upset during this and I pray she is sleeping soundly tonight. I love what you said about the name of LifeLift. It is such a wonderful name for such a fabulous way of breathing. We had high winds and cold weather here tonight as well; and just 2 days ago it reached 70 degrees; now it is snowing ever so lightly. Quite beautiful to look at. The snow is so light it reminds me of those beautiful snow globes. Rest well my dear friend, Love, Wanda. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Food fight? Guest guest
Hello dearest Virginia, Thank you for the sweet birthday wishes. You can bet that when you are not here you are always missed, especially by me. Be good to yourself. Be blessed! Rashelle , Rashelle, R Ladies, Thank you for reading the tribute that I wrote to my mom and commenting on it. It doesn't seem possible that she has been gone three years now. Rashelle, I wish you a blessed birthday. It is for sure you are loved by many. I hope you and your loved ones get to have dinner together or something that would bless you all. I am not on the Internet a lot anymore. I play a lot on the card games that are on the computer but don't go on line as much as I thought I would when we got hooked back up. Recently, the ads put on the site by AT & T slowed my computer down to slower than a crawl and I would get so frustrated I just quit coming here. I miss the chatting but right now I am at peace to do as I've been doing so until that attitude changes I will be lurking mostly when I check in. ;-) Virginia __________________________________________________________ Luggage? Guest guest
We're going to see Dr. Megson in Virginia this week. Any suggestions on places to visit that are kid friendly? So many things to see, it's sort of hard to choose. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you,

Not sure the age of your child, but The Childrens Museum of Richmond is not too far (20 min.) from her office and that is very nice. Up the hill from that is the Science Museum. There are a lot of nice parks in her part of town as well. There is a grocery chain called Ukrop's and they have an eat-in cafe at all of their locations where you can have a wide selections to choose from for food.
