ALA in my multi-vitamin?

I sent my DH out to find a replacement for my awful multi-vitamin that I

wasn't digesting. There were only about 5 to choose from in capsule form,

and he did a good job of picking one out. It has 10mg of ALA in 1 serving (3

capsules). I'll be taking one capsule 3 times a day with breakfast, lunch,

and dinner. Would this cause to bind the heavy metals in my body and

re-deposit it elsewhere in my body, causing harm? I weight about 130-ish

pounds. FWIW, it's Olympian Labs Vita-Vitamin.

Thanks!
