Guest guest Report post Posted June 9, 2009 You can skip the oat bran and stay with the veg/fruit drink. You may want to include another apple, 2 instead of 1, as apple also has a lot of soluble fibre. ________________________________ From: tanyacain55 <tanyacain55@...> Dr Sent: Sunday, June 7, 2009 4:27:51 AM Subject: Re: acne hi, thanks so much for replying to me. i am a young adult yes but i have a gluten intolerance and im not sure if i can eat oat bran.. is there another food simlar do you know? it sounds like a great plan though! thanks

Guest guest Report post Posted June 16, 2009 > > Bee, > It's sad to see all the people on acne.org using antibiotics/accutane/and harsh chemicals. How can we help these teenagers/young adults/adults? Is there a way to help? That was just something on my mind. I'm a frequent visitor to acne.org and there are thousands of people buying into conventional medicine to cure there skin conditions. When all they need to do is eat according to your program and take supplements. ++Hi Jeff. It is very sad to see people on many other groups using all kinds of medical treatments that further deteriorate their health. Being able to help them depends upon the website or group itself, since it could be owned by people who are so into medical treatments they wouldn't allow anyone to post natural healing articles or advice - I've seen that happen a lot. I wouldn't have the time for other groups, and I haven't written much about acne itself which would make it more real to those youngsters. Sorry, I wish I could help more people, but I'm only one person. The best, Bee

Guest guest Report post Posted January 30, 2010 You can use a diluted amount of apple cider vinegar. Just dilute and dab it on! Guest guest Report post Posted January 31, 2010 > > what is a good solution to put on acne? Hi Tara. Acne is caused by toxins coming out through the skin, so when your body has finished detoxifying through that area it will stop. Until then you can sooth your symptoms a little, but they won't go away since healing comes from within. You can apply unrefined coconut oil, which may make it worse at the beginning, but it should subside eventually. Also pat some baking soda on the coconut oil. You can wash your face in a baking soda solution - put 1 teaspoon of baking soda per cup of non-chlorinated water and mix it well, dip a wash cloth in it, or put it in a spray bottle and spray the acne. Don't wash it off. It won't hurt if you get baking soda in your eyes, unlike apple cider vinegar. All the Best, Bee
