That's awesome! Can someone please tell me where I

can get 3% food grade peroxide (preferably a chain

store like whole foods and not online)?

Every oil has a different fatty acid composition. Some oils have more

healing properties than others, some are more moisturizing, some can be

drying, some are more penetrating, some absorb quicker, some are

heavier & greasier, some are better for dry skin and some are better

for oily skin, and on and on. It doesn't make sense to me to say oils

wouldn't be comedogenic because your skin is naturally oily. There is

such a thing as skin having too much oil. Acne is caused by over

activity of the oil glands. Any product used on the skin should not

impede the natural cycle of cell regeneration and oil secretion.

Hi Corinne,

A teenager with crow's feet huh? That's funny!! If I were you though I would

not use the retin-a. I had skin problems when I started on this diet in

February but after a few months my skin cleared right up. Now I get the

occasional blemish and I put coconut oil on it and it usually disappears by

the next day. If your skin is getting worse before it gets better it is

probably only because the coconut oil is liberating all the subcutaneous

bacteria. It may take some longer than others to heal but everything Bee

recommends works, especially the coconut oil. I was laughing at one of the

more recent posts that someone used it as a deodorant too!!!! The only thing

it doesn't do is the dishes ;+)

Thanks for that Zuni,

I'm going to try it for my acne...

I have never used hydrogen peroxide before ... so I get 35% food

grade, add 1oz to a container, then add 15oz water - I can then spray

this on my skin right?

Also, I have a plastic spray bottle that gives a nice fine spray (i'm

currently using just water in it, on my underarms to use with a rock

crystal deodorant) - is it OK to use and store the 3% solution in a

plastic bottle?

thanks!

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. I will be more patient since a

few of you said it took some months (rather than days or weeks) for

better skin. I'm going to keep using topical CO, look for the

peroxide, make sure to keep slowly upping my CO (I wish it were as fun

to eat as butter) I'll update with any improvements down the road...

I find 3% proxide at grocery stores as well as chain stoes like WalMart,

KMart, Target, Alco -- whatever you have in your area I would think.

What I want to know is where do you find the 30% food grade?

I've never seen it.

==>There is only 35% food grade H202 available. Then you would dilute

it to 3%.

==>Gail, sorry I do not go along with some information that is

written. I always think from the body's point of view, and that

nature-made fats and oils I recommend do not damage the body when

taken internally, nor would they damage the skin. Actually acne is

not caused by the skin having too much oil, it is caused by toxins,

which in turn causes the body to create bacteria in order to clean up

the toxins - see our Folder " Germ & Antibody Theories Are False " for

more information. In fact butter and lard would also be excellent to

apply to the skin.

==>Yes that is correct. This is from our Hydrogen Peroxide Folder -

1st article: How to Dilute 35% H202 to 3% - Mix 1 ounce of 35% H202

into 15 ounces of distilled water. Distilled water must be used

because H202 interacts with minerals and other substances in water, and

distilled water is devoid of minerals and other substances.

==>Yes, it is okay to use and store 3% H202 in a plastic bottle. But

do avoid your eyes when spraying.

Hello,

One more thing about this - do I have to be careful of the 3% solution

bleaching my eyebrows etc?!

get O2XY 35% food grade aqueous solution by Vitality Plus, White Rock,

British Columbia. I'm sure you can find many brands by searching on the

internet.

==>Yes do not use it near your hair or eyebrows. Please be sure you

read that article in the Hydrogen Peroxide Folder so you understand all

of the cautions about handling H202. You can put it in the freezer to

preserve it since you wouldn't be using all of the 35% at one time.

Well, my previous comment was probably too simplistic. It is my

understanding that when the sebaceous glands produce more sebum (oil)

Propionibacterium acnes, a bacteria that occurs normally on the skin,

uses it to feed on which produces other actions that cause

inflammation. The glands can become blocked by too much oil causing

an

accumulation of bacteria, debris, etc. Bacteria and comedonal debris

cause acne. I don't know about butter, but lard is not considered to

be

comedogenic.

My few facial " sores " have cleared up in 3 days by using the oat

flour

paste to wash my face with, rather than taking weeks as it did before.

Coconut oil applied on the face may not be an irritant to some, but

can

definitely be a problem to others - in my humble opinion :).

Gail, coconut oil does create healing reactions on the skin, like it

does inside the body. But that subsides as the skin heals.

Okay, I will search the internet -- don't have health food stores close so

that's the easiest for me,

> I have struggled with acne for over 20 years. My face cleared up recently but

then it came back again. I am aware of the healing and retracing. I'm just

wondering if the nuts or some other food like fat in meats cause the acne or if

it is simply the retracing. Is there a way to figure out if it's a food reaction

versus a healing reaction? I could take out some of the nuts but geez, I'm on a

restricted diet as it is and I hope I don't have to take that out too! Thanks.

Hi Kathy. Good unadulterated foods from Mother nature do not cause any kind of

body problems, except when such good healing foods, herbs, and spices cause

healing reactions which are necessary for the body to heal itself when it

receives what it requires to heal - see this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php

So if the foods are clean and from Mother nature they won't cause food reactions

like we are led to believe. So many foods are antifungal, antiviral,

antibacterial, etc. so if your body needs them to heal itself it will cause

reactions.

Our bodies are designed to consume such good God-given foods, so any reactions

they cause you can assume are healing reactions, which is a good thing!

,

I assume that you are either a teenager or a young adult and I believe

the following food recipe will help you greatly.

You need to provide me with the feedback on the result and if it works for you,

then, I want you to share with those who

have a need. Here it goes:

1. Go to Trader Joe and buy a pack of Oat Bran, use it in your breakfast one big

bowl, cook it with oat meal and milk or

soy milk, whatever you prefer. Add honey and/or fruit as you desire to make

it tasty. Continue for a week and you

will be able to clean your intestine system unknowingly. You are trapping a

lot of wastes in your body to lead to the

acne breakout problem.

2. On top of that, prepare a vegetable and fruit drink by using a blender to

blend the following items and whatever you

prefer to make the drink tasty. Take one in the morning and one in the

afternoon - about 8 to 10 oz each time:

one stalk of cellery, one bell pepper, one apple, one lemon (juice only),

one pear (if in season), one kiwi or one

piece of pinapple (about 1/5 of a whole). Clean, wash and peel, cut before

puting the whole thing into a blender,

add water and blend to the desired thickness. Keep the balance in the

refrigerator. You can add honey, no white

sugar and also add a dash of hot pepper powder.

Let me know how you like it after a few days of the above food recipe.

Bill

Therapeutic living clay has helped many people with acne. You can take it both

internally and use as a mask externally. It helps rid the body of toxins

naturally. You can google it and find a place to purchase online.
