Try giving vitamin C. At my house, vitamin C required carnitine for

proper absorption.

Well, lysine caused a lot of yeast here, but OoO would have helped

with yeast overgrowth, so I am not sure why you would get a similar

reaction with both of these.

Some things when killing yeast can also destroy the good bacteria/balance. When

taking oil of oregeno be sure to use probiotics! Also when the gi in under

stress/discomfort these behaiviours can manifest. Cramping during sleep can

cause nightmares. Maybe try an epsom salt bath befor bed to help the body with

the day she seemed more able to concentrate.

At my house, oil of oregano caused a LOT of phenol issues, and for us

even with no-fenol is was really hard on the kids....bad nightmares

and lots of bad behaviors...we just stopped using it. We use olive

leaf instead, with good results.

You might try giving LOTS of no-fenol. We give up to 2 Tablespoons

of the powder for a dose, usually at bedtime, when the kids have

issues and also epsom salt lotion.

I WOULD NOT start no-fenol that high...because it can cause die off

which can cause nightmares too, at least at my house. We worked up

and boosted a bit each time til they can take that large a dose when

we run into a hard spot.
