nails growing - if companies made individual enzymes, etc??

On Drs suggestion I started taking large doses of biotin - which kills yeast,

but oddly enough a side effect for me was to reduce ragged heavy cuticle around

my nails.  Manicurists have always remarked about how much cuticle I have - its

really noticeable but all of a sudden they pulled back and were nicely shaped. 

I can't lay it all on the biotin - I worked hard to get rid of yeast, so that

would mean that all nutrients were being absorbed better - esp the B vitamins. I

also take Vit C and Calcium daily among other things

Biotin also helps create healthy hair and nails.
