Sorry if someone already answered this question, I just looked and my

cal/mag supplement has calcium carbonate in it! I think I should

switch- anybody else think so?

It's okay to take supplements with calcium carbonate, just do not let

a pharmacy use calcium carbonate as a LDN capsule filler. You may

want to avoid taking this supplement near your LDN taking time.

You can take calcium carbonate as a supplement but it's not to be used

as a filler in LDN capsules.

And by the way, I have always heard it is better to take calcium

citrate as a supplement rather than calcium carbonate.
