Guest guest
I know a lot of folks were having a lot of sleep issues and I thought I would pass on something that we found that has been helping us. The things that seem to help us....the gfcf diet, 2 stage melatonin and the newest things..calcium sups and magnesium at night but the biggie there was a different kind of magnesium..we found the best thing for us was a slow release magnesium....I had been using it when gets stirred up but we tried it at night and it helped so much to keep him asleep.. What we use is called Slow Mag It is a magnesium chloride..It isn't a high dose magnesium supp...but for whatever reason really helps. It has calcium 212 mg, magnesium 128 mg and chloride 373 mg per 2 tabs. the calcium is calcium carbonate. There are a few odds and ends in there and a little color for the writing..but it has been soooooo great.. Just thought I would post for others...
