For us, it was the need for my son to get proprioceptive input into his

joints and legs.... sensory issue.

For others, it can be related to constipation issues and with holding

behaviors in having a BM.

Anything that deals with keeping glutamates down helped us with toe walking:

magnesium, zinc, pycnogenol, GABA, grape seed extract, B6, etc.

Staying off high glutamates foods like tomatoes, parmesan cheese, MSG,

aspartame really helped too.

For us, if we got the neurological inflammation down, the toe walking went

away.
