I took one capsule 3 times a day and I was hoping to build up to more. I got

very nauseous (tried taking with food and without). Extreme body fatigue to the

point of feeling almost paralyzed. Sorry to sound so dramatic. As I have viral

issues (from cold sores when I was young, vaginal herpes as I got older, to

herpes on my right thigh- which are extremely painful) I thought I'd try it

first before I gave it to my granddaughter. I usually try everything just to

know how she might feel as physically we seem to have the same issues. I know

there is a dying off period but it was just too much. It really scared me. I

tried for about a week. I do take the Oil of Oregeno without any problems and

Valtrex. But as I said everybody is so different. I might try again with like

1/8th of a capsule and try to work up.
