Sometimes it can cause sleep issues, which you don't want to have

Be sure to give it with magnesium and vitamin D, unless your child is

toxic in those nutrients. Give it away from zinc and iron.

Definitely don't need anything to contribute to his existing sleep

issues! The one i was to give has vit D(300 mg) in it with 750mg of

Calcium in 3 tablets. How much mag to give with it? Or can you rec

one that has all 3 together?

For 750mg calcium, you would want to give approx 375mg magnesium.

Give two tablets in the morning and one in the early afternoon.
