Guest guest
Has anyone been on Enzymedica.com's site lately and taken or read the 4pg document on Enzyme Deficiency test? I printed it out. Its really interesting. I wondered what people thought of it? Its right on the main page. You score yourself and it indicates cravings, suggested diet, suggested exercise on whether it indicates you are deficient in Amylase, Lipase, Protease or if its a combination. Thanks. Its really interesting. I wondered what people thought of it? The body types are based on some work by Dr. DicQue Fuller, founder and president of Transformation Enzyme Corporation (named pronounced as 'Dickie'), who wrote the book " The Healing Power of Enzymes. " Fuller bases the body types on diet versus you body's ability to digest and use what you eat AND how your glands may be functioning. The resulting body type involves reactions of the following: thyroid, parathyroid, gonadal system, adrenal glands, endocrine system, and pituitary glands. I don't have enough understanding of all these gland systems to even comment on it. Fuller's book mentioned above is written for the non-technical person and does not go into heavy detail on how the glands impact enzymes, digestion, and body type. It is a basic book on enzymes and health, not enzymes and glands (I have the book but haven't read it through). It does tell you about the body types, which enzymes each body type may need more of, and what foods each body type may do best with. >>>> Its right on the main page. This 4-pg 'worksheet' is an easy thing to start with because it points out to someone the general relationship between digestion, eating patterns, and health. .
