I have him on one per day. When my kids were seriously deficient in EFAs, giving any EFA, including CLO, caused massive constipation. I had to give EFAs with a LOT of magnesium to prevent that. > 5 - Magnesium citrate 300-400 mg twice per day My son needed 1000-1500 mg per day just to compensate for the EFA problem.
