When my kids were seriously deficient in EFAs, giving any EFA,

including CLO, caused massive constipation. I had to give EFAs with a

LOT of magnesium to prevent that.

My son needed 1000-1500 mg per day just to compensate for the EFA

problem. Selenium and biotin also caused constipation, so watch for

that if you are giving those.
