Guest guest
I have read many of the archives on sulfur cysteine etc. I was wanting to try a round of ALA chelation this weekend. Question if we start to get yeasty side effects I am assuming we would decrease our sulfur foods owing to the fact that we might be high sulfur people. Would that be a correct assumption? We have done a plasma cysteine test but will not get the results for a couple of weekds and due to scheduling prob we need to try to start before the results are in. ALso what type of symptoms woud we have if we are low sulfur people? Does anyone have or know where a fairly complete list of high sulfur foods can be found? I appreciate any help!
