It's just a bunch of algae.

In the encyclopedia it is listed as an immune modulator. It has

additional antiviral benefits for B and AB.

No offence intended to the algae. Nor spiurulina. Happens not to agree

with me (or my pocketbook when I tried it.)

Spirulina is a big avoid. Chlorella gave you trouble? Or was it detoxing

your system?

Chorella is the only algae that Dr. D reccomends to my knowledge. Many

health people reccomend barley grass or wheat grass. Dr. D came up with a

green powder that has Chorella as well as lots of other things in it. Here's

the list:

Serving Size: 2 tsp. (7.85 g) Net weight: 150g Servings Per Container: 19

Chlorella 1500 mg

Barley Grass Leaf Juice 1500 mg

Beet Juice Powder 500 mg

Elderberry Powder 500 mg

Blueberry Powder 500 mg

Cherry Powder 500 mg

Acerola Cherry Powder 500 mg

Larch Arabinogalactan 500 mg

Rose Hips 500 mg

Flax Meal 250 mg

Hawthorn Berry Powder 250 mg

Dunaliela 250 mg

Nori (Prophyra sp.) 100 mg

Fucus vesiculosis 100 mg

Kelp (Laminaria sp.) 100 mg

Ginger Root Powder 100 mg

Ginseng (Eleutheroccus sp.) 100 mg

Parsley Powder 50 mg

Dandelion Leaf Powder 50 mg

Taking your health into consideration, I'd say it was cleansing your

system.

Why? He's been on it for a while....he eats almost nothing green

except a little broccoli, and everything I've read suggests this

helps with energy as well.
